- Hi Francesco how long have you been working at Microtex Composites? What are your tasks?
I have been working at Microtex Composites from February 2018. I’m a Technical Sales and I’m in charge of featuring our products to the companies and explaining their technical operating mode. I also offer pre- and post-sales assistance. - Could you tell us why did you choose this career path?
I began my professional path in 2012 as Technical Sales in the Emilia Romagna region. I used to sell matrices and prepregs for the composite sector. At the beginning of 2018, I decided to take part to Microtex Composites’ project moved by curiosity, passion for this sector and willing to increase my skills. My geographical area now is well expanded: I have a portfolio of companies located all over Italy. - What’s the best interesting aspect of your job?
The best interesting aspect of my job is to keep alive the relationship with the customer and pursue his maximum satisfaction. Finally, we have the chance to meet our clients again (sales people missed it a lot!). Furthermore, it is very stimulating to develop a clients’ portfolio with its targets.
- Would you tell us your favourite city discovered during your business trips?
I would say a region instead: the Emilia Romagna, particularly the Motor Valley. As you know the passion for motors and speed is unique around here. Obviously, I’m partial!
