• Hi Ilaria how long have you been working at Microtex Composites? What are your tasks?
  I have been working at Microtex Composites for 6 months and I’m in charge of the Quality System Management ISO 9001:2015 e IATF 16949:2016. I coordinate the quality check activities and the compliance to the essential requirements between customer’s expectations and the continuous improvement of the processes in the Quality Assurance dept.

• Could you tell us why did you choose this career path?
  I’ve always had a natural talent for perfectionism, to follow the rules and above all to create new ones looking for innovative ways to optimize and generate improvements. This soft skill led me here.
• What’s the best interesting aspect of your job?
  From my point of view the best interesting aspect of my job is the chance to handle company processes, cooperate with the staff at all levels, touching all company topics and looking for improvement.
• Could you tell us something funny about your work?
  I really like the use of the pronoun ‘us’. I think that the quality, first of all, is the result of a good teamwork. My motto is: “If ants agree they can move an elephant”.
